We offer a wide selection of Kimonos, from elegant formal ceremonial wears and wedding gowns to modern casual attains to suit variety of scenes.

How long can I borrow Kimonos?
A

Our basic scheme is designed for overnight rentals. We also accommodate flexible plans from day rentals to rental extensions. Day rentals are only available for customers who can return by 7pm. For extensions over 2 days, we calculate pricing according to the duration of your rentals. Please contact us for further details.

What size variations do you offer?
A

We offer selections for those over 170cm （5.6 ft） as well as plus size attains and over 25cm （US size 9/EU size 39） footwear.

Can I choose the obi belt and accompanying accessories?
A

Of course. Our professional staff can recommend the best outfit based on your preference and occasions.

About Kimono dressing

How long shall I estimate for your dressing service?
A

Our total dressing service takes 1 to 2 hours and includes the following

  • Choosing your Kimono : 30 minutes
  • Kitsuke dressing: 20 to 30 minutes
  • （Optional） Hair arrangement: 30 minutes
  • （Optional） Makeup: 30 minutes

Do you offer in-house kimono dressing service to my hotels and party/wedding venues?
A

Certainly. Our professional staffs are happy to travel to the location of your choice. Please be advised that additional ¥11,000 charge will apply.

In case of damages

I have accidentally stained my Kimonos. What shall I do?
A

In such cases, we ask that you use dry cloth to wipe gently and refrain from applying wet cloth to the stains. Please advise as as to the location and the types of the stains. For permanent stains and damages to Kimonos, we may ask you to cover the actual cost.

Can I cancel my reservation?
A

In extenuating circumstances, we accept cancellation on the day without a charge. Please make sure you notify us to avoid cancellation fee.

Can I leave my luggage with you?
A

We can store your luggage for safekeeping till 19:00 on weekdays. But we cannot keep your luggage on weekends. We can also ship your luggage to your accommodation by request.

Can you arrange taxi transportation for me?

Of course. We can arrange the taxi for you,, to be picked up from our entrance area.

Do you offer photography service?

We do not have a professional photography service but can recommend personal photographers and studios nearby.

About Returns

How do I return my Kimonos?
A

For overnight rentals on weekdays, please visit us between 15:00 to 20:00. For weekend rentals, please arrange your returns with us individually. For returns by post, please ensure the date on the postage stamp matches your agreed return date. For day rental customers, please return to us by 19:00. Please be advised late fees of ¥3,000 apply in case of return delays.
